Course Content The place and importance of measurement and evaluation in education; basic concepts of measurement and evaluation; psychometric (validity, reliability, practicality) properties of measurement tools; developing and applying achievement tests; interpreting test results and giving feedback; analysis of test and item scores; evaluation and grading.
