Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Observing the main philosophical movements comparatively and analyzing their effects on education.
Course Content The connection between philosophy and education, definition of educational philosophy, fundamental philosophical movements (analytic philosophy, existentialism, phenomenology, critical theory and post-modernism), educational philosophy movements, the effects of educational philosophy movements on modern education systems.
