Instrumental Food Analysis Laboratory

Instrumental Food Analysis Laboratory was established with the purpose of providing applied education in the field of analysis with devices to the undergraduate and graduate students of Food Engineering Department, and giving sufficient support in terms of research infrastructure to the scientific research projects of academic members. All kinds of component and residue, that are not easily detectable by conventional methods and are existing in relatively low amounts in foods, can be detected by delicate and developed instruments.
