Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Engaging the students academically in linguistics Obtain a deep understanding of the relationship between language and culture. Enlighten the path through which the teachers want to present and practice culture Practical overview of culture and intercultural communication. Familiarizing the students with concepts and issues in cultural studies equipping them with the required terminology.
Course Content All of the classic subtopics about language and culture with a deep focus on language and culture connection along with language and one's cultural identity, cross cultural differences in education, the cultural nature of nonverbal communication and more. a spectrum of activities will be discussed during the semester.
