Purpose and Content

The aim of the course It is aimed to present the basic concepts and theories of morality and ethics; ethical principle, ethical rule, business and professional ethics.
Course Content The teaching profession with its social, cultural, moral and ethical aspects; ethical principles in the education, training, learning and evaluation process of the right to education and learning; ethical principles in dealing with education stakeholders (employers / managers, colleagues, parents, professional organizations and society); Moral / ethical responsibilities of education / school administrators, students and students; unethical behaviors in business and professional life; Unethical behavior in school and education, ethical dilemmas, problems and solutions; moral / ethical education and ethics committees at school; principal and teacher as a moral / ethical leader.
