Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The aim of this course; is to gain the ability to apply assessment and treatment strategies in different special issues in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
Course Content This course covers the following topics: 'Genital anatomy of the pelvic structure', 'Menstruation', 'Birth physiology and mechanism', 'Operative deliveries', 'Family planning and gynecological oncology', 'Audiology and hearing', 'Hearing disorders', 'Lung capacity and function', 'Voice disorders and rehabilitation', 'Speech disorders and rehabilitation', 'Vestibular rehabilitation', 'Obstetric and gynecologic rehabilitation', 'Geriatric rehabilitation', 'Physiotherapy approach implemented after burn injury', 'Rehabilitaon in post-traumatic stress syndrome', 'Physiotherapy approach applied in ear-nose-throat and skin problems', 'Cancer rehabilitation', 'The role of the physiotherapist in palliative care', 'Rehabilitation in diabetes' and 'Rehabilitation in hypertension'.
