Amaç ve İçerik

Dersin Amacı Modern iş örgütlerinin doğuşu ve gelişimi hakkında temel bilgi vermek, dersin amaçlarının başında yer almaktadır. Öğrenciler bu derste bürokratik örgütler ve holding şirketlerinin yapısı hakkında bilgi edineceklerdir. Farklı iş örgütlerinin yapılarını, bunlarda kullanılan insan kaynakları yönetimi ve emek denetimi yöntemlerini öğreneceklerdir. Çağdaş istihdam ilişkileri hakkında bilgi edineceklerdir. Derste özellikle, toplumsal cinsiyet, iş güvencesi, iş yoğunlaşması ve güvencesiz çalışma gibi konular üzerinde durulacaktır. Öğrenciler ayrıca, Türkiye'de iş hukuku konusunda temel bilgilere sahip olacaklardır.
Dersin İçeriği bu ders, modern iş örgütleri hakkında öğrencilere temel bilgileri kazandırır. Bürokratik örgütlerin ve modern holding şirketlerinin ortaya çıkmasını ele alır. Derste ayrıca, emek çalışmalarına da değinilir. İmalat ve hizmet sektörlerinde emek denetimi ve insan kaynakları yönetimi konuları üzerinde durulur. Derste, dünya ekonomisinin dönüşümü sonucunda değişen çalışma biçimleri tartışılır. Ders, anlatım, tartışma, belgesel film gösterimi, konuk konuşmacı ve firma ziyaretlerinden oluşur.
