<p>Üniversitemiz 2021-2022 akademik yılına 27 Eylül 2021&#39;de yüz yüze başlayacaktır.<br/></p><p style="text-align: left;"><span><strong></strong> Cumhurbaşkanlığı Kabinesinin 19 Ağustos 2021 tarihli toplantısında alınan karara istinaden Üniversitemiz Senatosunda aşağıdaki kararlar alınmıştır:</span></p><ol><li>Üniversitemiz Ön Lisans, Lisans ve Lisansüstü programlarında 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılı güz yarıyılında eğitim-öğretim faaliyetleri yüz yüze ve çevrim içi modeli ile yürütülmesine, </li><li>Akademik birimlerin kurullarınca teklif edilen ve Üniversitemiz Senatosu tarafından onaylanan &quot;Uzaktan Eğitimle Verilecek Dersler&quot;in on-line olarak verilmesine,</li><li>Uygulamalı derslerin yüz yüze eğitim ile yürütülmesine, salgının seyri de göz önünde bulundurularak, ilgili birimlerin yetkili kurullarında alınacak karar ve Üniversite Senatosunun onayı ile dönüşümlü ya da seyreltilmiş olarak da yapılabilmesine,</li><li>Sınıf ve yerleşkemizde seyreltilmeyi azami ölçüde yapmak amacıyla yüz yüze eğitim için haftanın tüm günlerini (Pazar günü hariç) ve I. Öğretim derslerini saat 22.00 olacak şekilde genişletilmesine,</li><li>Üniversite yerleşkemiz girişinden itibaren tüm alanlarında maske, temizlik ve mesafe ilkelerine özenle uyulmasına,</li><li>Online verilecek olan YÖK ortak zorunlu ve Üniversite seçimlik derslerinin üniversitemizde denetimli çevrim içi, diğer online ve yüz yüze işlenecek olan derslerin sınavları yüz yüze yapılmasına,</li><li>Ölçme değerlendirme yöntemlerinin, derslerin özelliğine göre, ödev, proje, sunum, küçük sınavlar ve süreç değerlendirmesiyle de yapılabileceğine,</li><li>Gerek yüz yüze, gerekse de çevrim içi derslerde mevzuat gereği öğrencilerin devamı koşulunun aranmasına,</li><li>Üniversitemiz Yerleşkelerine girişlerde tüm akademik ve idari personelimizden, öğrencilerimizden, velilerimizden ve ziyaretçilerimizden HES kodu kontrolü yapılmasına,</li><li>Bu kapsamda COVID-19 aşı yaptırmış olmasına, aşı yaptırmayanların ise girişinden en fazla 72 saat önce yapılmış negatif sonuçlu PCR testini ibraz etmesine, </li><li>Küresel salgın koşulları nedeniyle yurtdışından ülkemize giriş yapamayan uluslararası öğrenciler ile kronik rahatsızlığı olan veya ailesi yüksek risk grubunda olan öğrencilerimizin istekte bulunmaları durumunda, kayıt dondurma taleplerinin birimlerin ilgili kurulları tarafından değerlendirilmesine,</li><li>İki ya da daha fazla dersi birleştirerek bütünleşik ders yapılmamasına,</li><li>Alınan bu kararların salgının seyrine göre tekrar değerlendirilebileceğine,</li></ol><p style="text-align: justify;">karar verilmiştir.&#160;<br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p style="text-align: center;"><strong>ISTANBUL AYDIN UNIVERSITY 2021 – 2022 ACADEMIC YEAR&#160;</strong></p><p style="text-align: center;"><strong></strong><strong>INFORMATION ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT FALL SEMESTER</strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;">Our university starts the 2021-2022 academic year on September 27, 2021 as face to face education. </p><p style="text-align: justify;">Based on the decision taken at the meeting of the Presidential Cabinet on August 19, 2021 the decisions of the Senate of our University are as follows:</p><ol><li>In the fall semester of the 2021-2022 academic year, in Associate, Undergraduate and Graduate programs of our university, education will be given face to face and online.</li><li>According to the proposal offered by academic departments and with the approval of the Senate of our University &quot;Distance Education Classes&quot; will be carried out online.</li><li>Applied courses can be carried out face to face alternately or diluted, taking into account the course of the pandemic, with the decision to be taken by the authorized committees of the relevant departments and the approval of the University Senate.</li><li>In order to minimize dilution in our classes and campus, all days of the week (except Sunday) the daytime education courses will be extended to 22:00 for face to face education. </li><li>The rules about mask, cleaning and distance in all areas from the entrance of our university campus should be obeyed.</li><li>The exams of YOK compulsory joint courses to be given online and university elective courses will be supervised online at our university, and the exams of other online and face to face courses will be conducted face to face.</li><li>Assessment and evaluation methods can be done with homework, projects, presentations, quizzes and process evaluation depending on the characteristics of the courses.</li><li>The attendance requirement of the students will be in effect for both face to face and online courses as part of the legislation requirement. </li><li>HES code control from all our academic and administrative staff, students, parents and visitors at the entrance to our University Campuses is required.</li><li>&#160;In this context, having had a COVID-19 vaccination is required, and those who did not have vaccination has to submit a negative PCR test performed no more than 72 hours before their entry.</li><li>International students who cannot enter our country from abroad due to the global pandemic conditions, and students with chronic diseases or whose families are in the high-risk group, their requests for registration freeze will be evaluated by the relevant committees of the departments.<br/></li></ol><p><br/></p>
