They are all reserved with right down to the names and places where you sit.</div><div>However, as you follow from the press, our Higher Education Board announced the earliest October 1, 2020 for us to meet with you face-to-face, considering the data of the Ministry of Health.</div><div>Although we have done all the necessary work to celebrate your graduation enthusiasm with your friends and teachers on your campus, we can not afford any risk for a single student or family member in your hometown after the ceremony. We believe that you, too, will not want to put on this risk despite these conditions and the increasing warnings of the relevant institutions, and regret that you will understand our obligation to postpone our graduation ceremony to a later date under more appropriate and safe conditions.</div><div>Kind Regards.</div>
