Purpose and Content

The aim of the course To inform students about the Ottoman reform movements
Course Content Course Content: The social and political structure of the Ottoman Empire in the 17th century, the renewal movements in the Ottoman Empire starting with the Tulip Period, Selim III, Mahmut II, It covers the Tanzimat and Islahat Edicts, the proclamation of the First and Second Constitutional Monarchies and the changes they brought about in the Ottoman Empire. .
