Purpose and Content

The aim of the course To examine the development stages of Turkish art starting from the end of the 19th century until today in parallel with the development and cultural policies of our Republic
Course Content To examine in detail the phases, artists, styles and movements of Turkish Art from the transition to western style painting during the Republic period, depending on the Westernization movements of the Ottoman Empire.
