Purpose and Content

The aim of the course It is aimed to teach the basic concepts in the fields of medical and psychiatric social work, the historical process in Turkey and the world, legal regulations, social work practices in the treatment and rehabilitation of diseases.
Course Content Subjects such as introduction to medical and psychiatric social work, historical process in the world and in Turkey, legal regulations, medical-psychiatric social work practices in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of diseases, the role and functions of social work in health settings are discussed.
