Purpose and Content

The aim of the course During the social work profession, various groups and classes of society can be contacted with very different identities and there are a series of professional ethical principles that should be followed in this process. The primary aim of this course is to be able to evaluate the conditions of the interviewee (s) and the conditions they are in, to determine the interview model to be made, to direct it, to determine the purpose and to learn to reach the result. In this way, the main goal is to develop communication and interview skills of social work students in their professional professional lives.
Course Content Interview types, distinctive features of social work interviews, basic attitudes in interview, preparation for interview, interview stages, interview techniques, interview recording, purpose and importance of record keeping in social work practices, types of recording, legal and ethical issues in record keeping, a type of record It includes subjects such as report and report types, writing skills and reporting, points to be considered while writing a report, filing.
