Purpose and Content

The aim of the course • To introduce students to a selection of most prominent postmodern literary works • To cultivate a critical understanding of the work of a selection of postmodern writers to explore postmodern literature within its historical, intellectual and cultural contexts. • To read, think and analyze critically the chosen texts closely • To develop this critical sense in conjunction with the reading and interpretation of literary texts.
