Purpose and Content

The aim of the course To have information about basic issues related to children's rights and legal status of children. To recognize the regulations regarding the child in private and public law.
Course Content The family in the process from the child's fetal state to the end of childhood. Status in society and state, custody. Issues related to guardianship and adoption.
