Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The aim of this course is to evaluate the foundations of critical pedagogy and the educational models created based on these approaches, and to use the theses developed by critical pedagogy to understand and transform the education system of our country.
Course Content Contemporary educational systems will be evaluated comparatively and the effects of critical pedagogy in these systems will be discussed. In addition, discussions on concepts such as "student-centered school", "constructivist school", "learning school", "learning to learn", "alienation in education", "transformative learning", "educational policies" and the equivalents of these concepts in our country's school systems will be evaluated. .
