Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	Aim of the course preparation phases of IT projects and give an example of knowledge and skills related to project implementation.
Course Content	Relation of program and project, need for project, properties of projects, Project management, properties and benefits of project management, project management process, planning the project and steps of planning ,the importance of planning, planning and balance of scope, budget and time, variant planning approaches, cost estimation methods, variant planning tools, preparing the teams during project process, the Ms-Project program used in project planning and implementation, developing sample projects with Ms-Project considering project planning approaches.

Course Content
