Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	To gain the ability to determine the ethical violations in scientific researches and publications and to use the methods to be followed in the production of appropriate scientific research and publications in accordance with ethical theories.
Course Content	Science, the nature of science, its development and scientific research; the concept of ethics and ethical theories; research and publication ethics; unethical behaviors and ethical violations in the research process; ethical issues related to authorship and copyright; biased publication, editing, refereeing and ethics; ethics of broadcasting and unethical behaviors during publication process; legislation and committees on research and publication ethics; ways to identify ethical violations; common research, publication ethics violations and methods to prevent them.

The aim of the course

Designs activities to develop technical and vocational skills through Computer and Instructional Technology Education.
It plans and implements distance education technology.
Students organize educational environments based on instructional design models for the highest level of learning, taking into account the level of readiness in the field of Computer and Instructional Technology Education.
Uses computer and education technologies effectively and meaningfully in individual and group work related to his field.
It takes responsibility for the correct use of communication technology in school and everyday life (student, teacher, family).
