Purpose and Content

The aim of the course With this course, it is aimed to provide students with basic knowledge and skills about human-computer interaction.
Course Content Basic concepts in human and computer interaction; historical development, importance and philosophical dimension of human and computer interaction; cognitive structure of human and information processing model; mental models, psychology and human computer interaction design; Technologies used in human and computer interaction; design approaches; usability, effectiveness and efficiency; interface evaluation methods; usability tests.
