Purpose and Content

The aim of the course It is aimed to learn the role and importance of energy and macronutrients (carbohydrate, protein and fat) in body work and healthy nutrition, and which food sources contain macronutrients.
Course Content The role of macronutrients in nutrition, chemical structure, functions, sources, daily intake recommendations and nutritional problems that occur in case of inadequate and excessive intake of nutrients are included in the course content.
