Purpose and Content

The aim of the course To teach how to prepare and present seminars on food, nutrition and dietetics.
Course Content Examining and presenting research on current topics related to food, nutrition and dietetics by scanning the literature on a selected topic together with the lecturer in charge of the seminar.
