Purpose and Content

The aim of the course This module aims to provide an accessible review of the calculus from the text book to long after the class. It presents a source for undergraduate students. Calculus is given in a traditional lecture format or in laboratories with individual and group learning focusing on numerical and graphical experimentations.
Course Content Sets and set operations,number sets, decimal representation of rational numbers,repeating decimal expansion , number systems, modular arithmetic, absolute value and intervales, exponents and roots ,first and second ordered equations and solutions , first and second ordered inequalities and solutions , ratio and proportion,percent of the accounts , coordinate system,relations,functions and properties , some special functions and the composition function, inverse function , equation of line and parabola , systems of linear equations and solutions , limits, continuity and properties ,derivative and properties , applications of the derivative .
