STUDENT ACCOUNT AND CARD

Your University Information System account username and password will be provided to you by the official at the Student Affairs Directorate. You can log in to the address ubis.aydin.edu.tr with your UBIS username and password.

Your UBIS username and password are also:

1. The username and password for your e-mail address in the format @stu.aydin.edu.tr,

2. The username and password for wireless internet (Wi-Fi) access you can use on campus,

3. The username and password for library access from off-campus.

When you change your UBIS password, the passwords for these services will also change.

If you forget your password, you can reset your password from the "Forgot My Password" page or request a new password from the Student Affairs Directorate.

Your student card, which you will use for campus entrances and exits, will be given to you by the Student Affairs Directorate after your registration procedures are completed.

Your entry-exit permissions will be automatically defined on your card by the system.

If you lose your card, you need to contact the Student Affairs Directorate (Block T, Entrance Floor).
