Mission; To provide the IT services required for the educational, instructional, research-development, community service, and scientific activities of Istanbul Aydın University, as well as its administrative functions, and the related support, consultancy, and training services to university units, members, students, and other individuals and institutions it interacts with; taking into account user needs, technological developments, information security, institutional efficiency, effectiveness and continuity in services, and user satisfaction;

To take active roles in structuring the university's IT policies and strategies, to engage in research-development activities in IT-related fields, to develop national/international projects, institutional collaborations and organizations, to contribute to existing formations, and to be a guiding force.

Vision; To establish the IT infrastructure and superstructure necessary for the highest level utilization of developing information technologies and for providing integrated access to information resources in educational activities for our university members; to be an IT unit that is always pioneering at the national level, "first to come to mind and exemplary" in its field, with high international recognition and competitive power, always trusted, consulted, with an established institutional structure and institutionalization awareness.
