UBIS Account
When you start your duty as personnel, depending on your position, a UBIS account is assigned to you from the Personnel Affairs Directorate or Human Resources Management, and your personnel identity card is delivered.
You can access your UBIS account from ubis.aydin.edu.tr address, or optionally via mobile application.
Through your UBIS account, you can enter your office information,
control your entrances and exits from turnstiles, submit IT support requests, and during the pandemic period, you can register your HES code to the system.
IT Account (Email Account)
After receiving your personnel identity card, you need to request the "IT User Registration" form from office number 2203 in Block D for your IT account to be created. The information on this form you will request includes your
email,
login to fixed asset computers, Wi-Fi, EDMS,
eBA,
Office365 accounts. When you change your account password, your password changes synchronously across all services.
The common feature of fixed asset computers is that they are connected to the IT system. You can log in with your email account on all computers that say "Sign in: AYDIN".
If the computer you will log in to says STU.AYDIN, you can log in to the relevant computer by adding @aydin.edu.tr to the end of your username.
You can perform password change operations
- From mail.aydin.edu.tr address via "Settings > Options > General > My Account > Change your password" link,
- If you are logged in to a fixed asset computer, by pressing CTRL+ALT+DELETE keys simultaneously and selecting "Change Password" option.
After performing password change, it is recommended to log in again on the fixed asset computer.
If you have forgotten your password, you need to apply to the Information Technology Directorate.
