Through the collaboration between Istanbul Aydın University and Microsoft, Outlook, an Office365 service, provides email service to our students. Every student with a UBIS account (including our graduate students) can benefit from this email service.
You can access the WebMail server from the E-Mail option on the left after logging in to
ubis.aydin.edu.tr, from
mail.stu.aydin.edu.tr, through
portal.office.com, or directly from
outlook.office.com.
Your email address: Your UBIS Username @stu.aydin.edu.tr
Your email password: Your UBIS password
If you have logged into the Office365 Portal page, you need to select the Outlook application from the menu on the left.
- 50 GB capacity email storage space is provided.

All emails received by our students and sent by our students undergo virus and spam control.
You can easily access your student mail account with the Outlook application on your phone. After clicking add account, you will enter your email address with the @stu.aydin.edu.tr extension.
