In cooperation with Istanbul Aydın University and Microsoft, Outlook, which is an Office365 service, provides e-mail service to our students. Every student (including our graduate students) who has a UBIS account can benefit from this e-mail service.
You can access the WebMail server from the E-Mail option on the left after logging in to ubis.aydin.edu.tr, access it via portal.office.com or directly access your mail account from outlook.office.com.
Mail address: UBIS User Name @stu.aydin.edu.tr
Mail password: UBIS Password
If you have logged into the Office365 Portal page, you must select the Outlook application from the menu on the left.

All e-mails are checked for viruses and spam.
You can easily access your student mail account with the Outlook application for your phone. After adding an account, you will enter your e-mail address with the extension @stu.aydin.edu.tr.
