In the relevant legislation, the site supervisor is defined as the real person responsible for ensuring the construction and work organization necessary for the construction work to be carried out in accordance with the license and the studies and projects annexed to the license, taking all kinds of measures stipulated by the legislation, implementing and having them enforced on behalf of the building contractor. In the webinar titled Construction Site Chiefs on the Road to Safe Buildings we held on July 2, 2021, the responsibilities, legal obligations, problems in practices and what needs to be done to solve these problems were discussed in all aspects.
