The destruction of disasters, whose damage to social, cultural and economic life in Turkey and the world, as well as their damage to social, cultural and economic life is rapidly increasing and more severe, has moved to the dimension of human rights today and also harms the "protection of cultural heritage" and "right of access to cultural heritage". For this reason, this publication, which is presented as a Turkish guide to reduce the natural disasters and man-made disasters that threaten our cultural assets that we meticulously protect, display and/or store in our museums for our present and future generations, has been prepared within the scope of the Project for Reducing the Disaster Risks in Museums.
