Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The aim of this lesson, sugar, cocoa, chocolate, sugar, tea and coffee, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, such as to give basic information about food production technologies.
Course Content Sugar technology, the production of glucose syrup, cocoa and chocolate technology, sugar technology, sugar, tea technology, technology, coffee, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, molasses, sesame oil, fruit pulp, candy and foods, functional foods and this will be explained on the quality criteria.
