Vaccination Outside of Turkey

1-If you have received your FIRST DOSE of the vaccine abroad which is administered in Turkey, you can make the first dose of vaccine appointment and get your second dose in Turkey via the Central Physician Appointment System (MHRS web, MHRS mobile) or e-Nabız.

After you have been vaccinated in Turkey, you can give your petition including your request for the identification of the first dose you have had abroad in the e-Pulse system, and your information that can be reached for confirmation purposes, with your vaccination card written legibly attached to the Provincial Health Directorate to be forwarded to the Turkish Ministry of Health General Directorate of Public Health, Vaccine-Preventable Diseases Department.

If you submit a petition to our Provincial Health Directorates, your vaccinations will be evaluated by the commission and processed into the e-Pulse system.

Note: if the student couldn't fulfill the requirement above, students are required to show a negative PCR test performed no more than 72 hrs before their entry to the University.

2-If you have had BOTH DOSES abroad with one of the vaccines administered in Turkey, you can give your petition including your request for the identification of the first dose you have had abroad in the e-Pulse system, and your information that can be reached for confirmation purposes, with your vaccination card written legibly attached, to the Provincial Health Directorate to be forwarded to the Turkish Ministry of Health General Directorate of Public Health, Vaccine-Preventable Diseases Department. 

If you submit a petition to our Provincial Health Directorates, your vaccinations will be evaluated by the commission and processed into the e-Pulse system.

Note:  If the student couldn't fulfill the requirement above, students are required to show a negative PCR test performed no more than 72 hours before their entry to the University.
