STUDENT RESIDENCE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE TRANSFER APPLICATION

All International Students who completed their registration process at Istanbul Aydin University must apply for student's residence permit from www.goc.gov.tr 

From the date of application within 30 days, documents must be completed and submitted to the International Student and Staff Affairs (ISSA-OFFICE). 

Required Documents for the Transfer  Student Residence Permit Application;

1-) Copies of the:  

  •   - Passport Identification Page / Pasaport fotokopisi
  •   - Entry Stamp / Ülkeye Giriş Damgası
  •  - Current Residence permit copy back and front if you have (2 Copies)/ Mevcut Oturma İzni Arkalı Önlü Fotokopisi (2 Kopya)

2-) Online Residence Permit Application Form (must be signed at 1st page) / Online oturma izni Başvuru Formu (1.sayfa imzalanmalı)

3-) Four (4) photos (biometric) / Dört (4) adet biometrik fotoğraf

4-) New Dated Student Letter for residence permit (entitled "İstanbul İl Göç İdaresi Müdürlüğüne")  (Student can Recieve it from T Block ) (at most 15 days old) / Yeni tarihli il göç idaresi için öğrenci belgesi (en fazla 15 gün önce alınmış) ("İstanbul İl Göç İdaresi Müdürlüğüne" başlıklı) (Öğrenci T Blok'tan temin edebilir.)

5-) Original Valid Health Insurance Policy / Orijinal Geçerli Sağlık Sigorta Poliçesi

6-) The payment receipt (Residence Permit Card fee) from Tax Office / Vergi Ödeme makbuzu

There might be extra documents request by the Immigration Office.

Göç İdaresinin gerekli görmesi durumunda ekstra evrak talep edilebilir.

Step 1 – Make an Online Student Residence Permit Application from www.goc.gov.tr.

Step 2 - Once you completed the online application process, please be aware that you must submit your required documents to International Student & Staff Affairs (ISSA Office-J Block Ground Floor) within 30 days.

Make an appointment from your UBIS account for submitting your documents to ISSA Office. (Click to Appointment for RP Document Submission)

P.S.: You can't submit your documents to university without an appointment.
