​Istanbul Aydın University Information Center was established in 2003 to support the education and researching activities of our university, to provide a more comfortable study and research area for our students, to meet their knowledge and document needs. In 2015, IAU Documentation Center and Library have begun to serve in its new building in Florya campus. Since its establishment, Istanbul Aydin University Information Center has adopted the idea of the modern library. All the publications that delivered to our library, are transferred to the Yordam automation program in which the collective website catalog is created and presented to researchers for 24/7. To respond to researchers' information needs, information sources have been updated. In order to provide current resources to the readers in the optimal way with the new trends in library automation and information access resources, by following the developments in hardware and software closely, the substructure has been established in e-library techniques. In this regard, it is aimed to provide information needs, and also to transfer all documents located in print and digital medium in the optimal way with the high technologies based on its hardware and design. Latest and up to date collections of Istanbul Aydin University Documentation Center contains collections such as literature, research on history and medical books for medical students. Periodicals and reference sources are also available for users. Computers are provided for the users for supporting research on academic level. Enabling a comfortable environment to study and research for the students by private study rooms, two people study areas and drawing rooms, Istanbul Aydin University Information Center can be accessed 24/7.
