The research was carried out by applying a questionnaire technique in Family Health Centers in three different districts, Kadıköy, Sultanbeyli and Küçükçekmece, taking into account the distribution of the elderly in the total population in Istanbul. In the research conducted between October 2017 and October 2019, which we conducted in cooperation with the Health Management Department, our 3rd grade students from the Social Work Department went to the Family Health Centers in Kadıköy, Sultanbeyli and Küçükçekmece districts for a 4-month period within the scope of the Social Work Research course and conducted a survey.
