Purpose and Content

The aim of the course By ensuring that students obtain information about the legislation that patients, physicians and other healthcare professionals are responsible for within the scope of Health Law and Legislation, it is to ensure that students of the Health Management department, who will serve in the field of health, gain knowledge and skills regarding their legal rights and obligations regarding those who work in this field and receive services.
Course Content Definition of health law, development process, contract and contract types, legal nature of the relationship between physician and patient. Malpractice and legal liability. Responsibility of the administration for violations of patient rights. Criminal law liability of physicians and other healthcare personnel, health legislation. Rights and responsibilities of healthcare professionals / ethics.
