Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The aim of this topic is to change the way of understanding, directing and analyzing the development of the organization within the organization and to enable them to become more effective, thoughtful and understanding employees, colleagues and managers.
Course Content This course; It includes the definition of organizational behavior and related disciplines, the individual and personality in the organization, emotions, attitudes and job satisfaction in the organization, organizational culture, conflict and conflict resolution in organizations, organizational stress sources and management, motivation and leadership.
