Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The objective of this course is to identify the main institutions of Roman legal system, which is the basis of legal systems of many countries in the world, especially the laws of Continental European states.
Course Content In this course, fundamentals and institutions of Continental Europe’s private law are demonstrated. The law of persons, Roman debt relationships and property law will be especially emphasized.
