Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The objective of this course is to identify basic concepts of criminal procedure law in a specific context and demonstrate the notion of criminal law.
Course Content In this course, topics such as duties and powers of criminal courts, a criminal judge’s not hearing and dismissing a case, pronouncement and notification, durations and recoveries, witnesses, expert and discovery, procceding and inquiry, custody, arrest and release, civil lawsuit, hearing, inquiry, legal means, individual lawsuit, intervention lawsuit and legal means are discussed.
