Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The objective of this course is to define the concept of administration and to emphasize dependence of administration, which is one of the significant requirements of rule of law, dwelling on law after demonstrating the duty, authority and responsibility areas.
Course Content During the course unit of Administrative Law I, topics such as definitions, sources and administrative regime will first of all be explained. Then, public service, which identifies the duties and responsibilities of administration, and law-enforcement activities will be defined. After these basic subjects, procedures and activities that the administration applies, the reaons for the legality and the illegality of these procedures will be demonstrated. Finally, the responsibilities and limitations of the administration will be covered.
