Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The objective of this course is to present Competition Law in an undergraduate context.
Course Content This course unit includes sources of the Act on the Protection of Competition and its relationship with European Community competition law, application of the law, conditions that are contrary to competition, agreements which limit competition within this framework, parallel behavior and decisions of associations of undertakings, exemption types and conditions related to these, abuse of dominant position, merging and acquisitions between enterprises, sanctions for competition infringement.
