Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Instruments that constitute the subjects of Securities Law have an important role both in social and commercial life. Therefore, Securities Law is a field course for those who engage in commercial activities.
Course Content Basic principles of Securities Law, bills of Exchange and commodity bills are analyzed in this course.
