Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	The objective of this course is to identify how to use the personal rights which are violated through the help of the state. Civil procedure deals with organization of the court, lawsuit procedure, rights and liabilities of the claimant and the defendant, rights and liabilities of courts, judges and parties of the lawsuit, evidences used for proving a claim and defense, legal remedies for judgments and the procedures to be followed.
Course Content	This course unit covers the beginning of jurisdiction procedures, the significance of civil procedure among jurisdictions, organization of courts, duties and powers of courts, recusation and the relationship between general and private courts. Supporting bodies of courts, filing a lawsuit, evidences, jurisdiction and judgment are also discussed.

The aim of the course

Course Content

This course unit covers the beginning of jurisdiction procedures, the significance of civil procedure among jurisdictions, organization of courts, duties and powers of courts, recusation and the relationship between general and private courts. Supporting bodies of courts, filing a lawsuit, evidences, jurisdiction and judgment are also discussed.
