Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Communicates the importance of following the technological developments in the communication process. Teaches how organizations and individuals can communicate effectively with social stakeholders in maintaining their reputation and market share in digital environment.
Course Content Technological developments in internet and virtual environment are examined. Internet and virtual environment applied in public relations studies are examined. The ways in which the relations with social stakeholders in the Internet and virtual environment are handled. The provision of reputation in the virtual environment and crisis communication are explained.
