Our center aimed to give contribution to educational and scientific activities in advanced studies within the framework of international and national collaborations. In the institutional basis, the advanced studies must include contemporary scientific explorations to increase research efficiency and specifications.

Our activity areas may be listed as follows:

a) Researching for applications of particle physics, accelerators, colliders, detectors, design/modelling/simulation technologies, data analysis, computing, high performance computing, software development, nuclear studies and energy.

b) Planning collaborative activities including conferences, workshops, summer/winter schools, seminars and scientific meetings.

c) Encouraging researchers for publishing of ongoing research results in national&international journals.

d) Developing projects to recover man-power shortage in advanced studies and related fields.

e) Supporting researchers for their development and collaboration processes in the related fields.

f) Sharing research results, interest and updates with public and international scientific socities in related fields either online or printed media.

  Message of Director

Our center aimed to give contribution to educational and scientific activities in advanced studies within the framework of international and national collaborations. In the institutional basis, the advanced studies must include contemporary scientific explorations to increase research efficiency and specifications. In our center the studies are performed in the field of Electrical-Electronics, High Energy Physics and Nuclear Energy and Energy Policies.

ARCAS is, by signing a reconciliation with CERN on 10 December 2014 were the first university in Turkey participated in the FCC Collaboration. In addition, the center is collaborating with CERN CMS and CERN ATLAS. The main motivation that brought us to this point was to assume responsibility in researches on the basic forces of the universe.

I believe Turkey's potential is enough to take the leader role in each stages of these projects, by its high growth rate in the fields of Science-Technology and economy.
