Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	The main objective of this course is to give information on the interprtation and application of the basis of the law and its sourses. To have them earn the abilty to research legal issues and find solutions.
Course Content	The concept of the law. Views of the law and legal systems. Main sources of the law. General rules of the law. Interpretation of the rules of the law. Sanctions of the rules of the law. Branches of the law. Branches of the law falling within the scope of public law. Branches of the law falling within the scope of privite law.

Learning Outcomes

Defines theoretical knowledge in the field of public relations and promotion.
Describes the interdisciplinary interaction with the fields of Public Relations.
Tell organizational communication models and their functioning.
Remember that public relations are a management function.
Describes the application areas of public relations such as reputation management, integrated marketing communication, crisis management in theory and practice.
Define public relations tools and methods.
Defines the research, planning, implementation, measurement and evaluation processes.
Knows to report on all kinds of activities related to her field
Interpret data by using information and skills based on PR.
Use advanced theoretical and applied informations based on PR.
Create and develop creative solutions based on researches and evidences.
Make media planning; plans, uses, controls.

3	Rules of the law.
4	The concept of right; rights acquisition, loss and consercation of the right.
5	Legal relationship, legal process, the concepts of legal event.
6	Rules of honesty and its application.
7	The rule of the good faith and its practice area.
8	Concepts of proof and judicial.
9	Midterm Exam – Concept of crime and punishment.
10	The concept of person, principles relating to natural and legal persons.
11	The concept of debt, debt birth, its provisitions and finalization.
12	The concept of family, engagement, mariage, and the end of mariage.
13	The concept of inheritance, deceased, estate, and transfer of inheritance.
14	The concept of goods, the concepts related to the rights and powers over goods, and examples related to these.
