Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Emphasize the importance of crisis communication and reactive communication and to give information about the practices that must be done during the crisis.
Course Content The students learn the phases of crisis management, things that must be done during the crisis, relations with mass media, types of crisis that are probable to be experienced and the strategies that must be applied.
