Purpose and Content

The aim of the course To transfer the correlation of communication and technology, and the significance of the pursuit of technological development in the process of communication. To explain the concept of interactivity, what kind of interactive technology is to be used and the administration of interactive technologies that are already in usage in public relations.
Course Content The technological developments in the virtual environment and the Internet are examined as well as the studies of public relations applied in the virtual environment and the Internet. In addition, the different ways to administration of relationships in the virtual environment and the Internet are examined. The communication of crisis in the virtual environment and the Internet is transferred. Also, customer and consumer relationship in the virtual environment and the Internet is explained.
