Purpose and Content

The aim of the course This course aims to give the basic definitions of probability and statistitics, theorems and applications.
Course Content This course covers, sample space, events, probability, conditional probability, Bayes theorem, random variables, Expectation, discrete distributions, Binom, Poisson, Hypergoeometric distributions, continuous distributions, Gamma, Beta, Chisquare, exponential, normal distributions, Moments, sampling, sampling distributions, Point estimation, Hypothesis, correlation and regerssion, variance analysis.
