Purpose and Content

The aim of the course In this course, the relationship between language and society will be studied. The changes observed in language can be explained by the developments in the society, culture and ideas. The purpose of this course is to raise awareness of the students about these changes.
Course Content The reflections of the changes in the society will be explained with examples. The recent developments in the technology makes it inevitable to bring new phrases into the language. Since every new new thing needs to be explained, the constant dynamic change is a must.
