Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	To raise awareness about gaining scientific process skills according to science teaching methods, to recognize innovative laboratory approaches and to enable them to have the competence to perform experimental activities in primary school 3rd and 4th grade science courses.
Course Content	The purpose and importance of the laboratory in science teaching; laboratory safety, scientific method, scientific process skills and how they are gained; laboratory experiments for primary school (planning, conducting and evaluating the results of the experiments), test worksheets and preparation of the experiment report; examples of experiments that can be made with simple and inexpensive materials; group studies.
