1: Our graduates have the knowledge, skills and competence to provide holistic nursing care to the health care needs of the individual / family / community.
Indicator of Achievement: The graduate achieves 80% or more of the Nursing Undergraduate Education Program outcomes.
2: Our graduates are employed in therapeutic and rehabilitative areas where they can provide nursing care to the health care needs of the individual/family /society with a holistic approach, information technologies, evidence-based current knowledge and nursing process.
Indicator of achievement: Within the first 2 years, 80% of the graduates are employed as nurses in private and public health institutions.
3: Our graduates continue their personal development by adopting lifelong learning, based on professional ethical principles, knowing their duties,
authorities and responsibilities, taking responsibility in the field of practice, education, management and research.
Achievement indicators:
- Within the first 3 years, 10% of our graduates participate in certificate trainings, congresses and symposiums or other scientific meetings that will ensure their professional development.
- 5% of our graduates participate in graduate programs within the first 3 years.
- After the first 5 years, 10% of our graduates work as team leaders, service managers, case managers, education nurses, and specialty nurses in institutions.
4: Our graduates communicate and collaborate effectively within and between disciplines in their professional life.
Indicator of achievement:
- The satisfaction level of team members/managers is 70% and above within the first 3 years of graduation.
